Fast Food Addiction

In the world of technological food advancements, there is no surprise that there are things to eat which have been modified to taste better and to make feel less full even after eating too much of it. I’m talking about fast food, one of the the biggest and most growing industry. Fast food was invented around the 1960’s when people used to work more and have less time. Fast food was made as an alternative to home cooked food, being cheaper as well as faster to get than normal homecooked food. Since its start, fast food has risen to the global standards of needs, being consumed by nearly 60% of the entire population every day! But, is it good for you? Studies show that eating too much fast food can lead to a number of diseases, such as high cholesterol, weight gain, dental problems, and even cardiac arrest. It can also lead to mental problems, such as anxiety due to fluctuations in blood sugar levels. If you want to eat fast food, its okay, ONLY in small amounts. As long as you eat it only once in a while and exercise well, you’re good to go!
