From self driving cars to 1000+ word essays written out in seconds, AI is one of the most revolutionary breakthroughs made in the 21st century. Although having a start way back in 1950, most of its progress has been made in the past couple of years. In the start, AI was primarily used for imitating human actions in video games to make an option of playing against a computer if you were playing alone. Nowadays, people have used Ai in nearly all essential functions, like getting homework answers, essays, smart home functions, self driving cars, image generators, the list goes on. Some governmental departments also use Ai, for example matching images of criminals, making distinct images of criminals as references, etc. Ai has also been used to replace many jobs round the world. Jobs which were done by people, are nowadays being done by Ai. Technical and IT jobs, like software engineering, developers, coding, marketing, etc, are being done by AI. The film industry is also being affected by AI, scriptwriters, editors, all of these jobs can be done by AI both faster and more efficiently, which is causing a decline in jobs in different departments and countries. All in all, one of the biggest and useful ideas of this century is, well AI.
